Ingredients - 2 servings

 2 oz. cachaca 

 1 ½ oz. soursop nectar

½ oz. fresh lemon juice 

 ¾ oz. simple syrup

 Pinch of salt

Put some ice cubes in a glass and add 1 ½ oz of soursop nectar in 2 oz of cachaca. Cachaca is full of flavors and makes the best combo with soursop. Once you added both the ingredients ¾ oz of simple syrup. Simple sugar is a mixture of water and sugar you can easily make by dissolving one part of the sugar with one part of hot water. After mixing these three ingredients add ½ oz of fresh lemon and a pinch of salt. Shake it well. Pour it into the cocktail glass and enjoy the soursop cocktail.

Tamarind Cocktail

Tamarind is a type of tropical fruit, with tremendous health benefits. The pulp of the tamarind is sweet-sour, which is widely used for cooking in Mexico, south, and the Caribbean. Ingredients - 2 Servings

¾ oz rum

 ¾ oz of sake

 1tbsp honey

1 tbsp lime juice 

4 ½ oz of tamarind juice

 Bamboo skewer for garnishing 

Brown sugar

Cumin powder

Mango slices

Coconut powder

Spices (chili)

Ginger powder 

Ice

Directions

 Mix some dashes of cumin powder, coconut powder into the brown sugar and mix it well. Add some chili (according to your flavor) and few dashes of ginger powder. Take a cocktail glass and rim its corners with the lime and get a nice coating of the brown sugar mixture on the outside of the glass and let it reset for a few 2 minutes. Take the shaker and add some cubes of ice in it, then add ¾ oz of rum, ¾ oz of sake, 4 ½ oz of tamarind juice, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of lime juice, and shake it until the cocktail mixture get chilled.  Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass and garnish it with a bamboo skewer and mango slices.

Star fruit Cocktail

Carambola is a tree native to tropical Southeast Asia also known as star fruit. It is mostly consumed by the people of Micronesia, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. The trees of star fruits are cultivated throughout the tropical areas of the world because of its tremendous health benefits. It is yellow-green and has a sweet-sour taste. Ingredients - 2 servings

2-star fruit 

29 ml of Vodka

½ tsp Cointreau 

½ tsp Lime juice

180 ml of Wine

Mint leaves

Ice

 First, you have to trim and slice the star fruits. Cut off the discard ends, slice down the inner lengths, and then chop the flesh. Place these finely chopped carambolas into the fruit processor with some fresh mint leaves. Process it until it becomes a fine puree. Pour the puree into the cocktail shaker and add half tsp of Cointreau, half tsp of lime juice, 180 ml of chilled sparkling wine. Shake it well and pour the mixture into the cocktail glasses. Garnish it with finely cut slices of star fruit and mint.

Rambutan cocktail

Rambutan is a tropical tree of the family Sapindaceous. The tree is named of its small edible fruit rambutan. It has a hairy like green and red shell similar to lychee, a similar plant of its family. rambutan is full of nutrition with ranging health benefits, helps you in weight loss, and better digestion to increase resistance to infections. It has a sweet creamy flavor and looks similar to lychee when peeled, with a seed in the center. Its sweet creamy flavor makes it a perfect fruit for a cocktail. ¼ cup of sugar or ¾ oz of simple sugar syrup 

 8 fresh rambutans 

5 oz vodka

2 tsp lime juice

½ tsp vanilla 

Water

For making sugar syrup add an equal quantity of sugar and water into a small saucepan and heat it over medium-high heat. Heat until sugar is dissolved, then pour this into a small bowl to cool. Make a small cut in the center and peel the rambutans carefully because many people think they are spiny, but they are not. Remove the skin. You will notice a very thin, white layer that will remain on the inside of the fruit. Because if you try to remove the peel, you may lose the fruit. Place the rambutan in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lime juice, vanilla, ice, cooled sugar syrup and mix it vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the martini glasses and garnish it with a lime wheel.
