The area chosen for this new reserve is Eleuthera, on the southern end of the island, and it will feature an open-air resort with 90 rooms. The resorts will be inclusive of all the most luxurious amenities: an 18-hole golf course, a spa, swimming pools, and restaurants. 60 Ritz-Carlton Reserve-branded residences will be added to give the chance to VIP guests to access two- to five-bedroom villas. Each privately-owned residence will offer refined design and a "one-of-a-kind" luxury experience for owners.
