Healthy Mango Squash Recipe - With Low Sugar Mango Squash

Ingredients Healthy Mango Squash :

Sindhri Mango 1.5 Kg

Sugar 1 tbsp

Lemon Salt / Citric Acid 1 tbsp

Water 1 Litre

Instructions:

1. To a mixer jar add mangoes, blend to a fine puree.Set aside.

2. To a sauce pan - add sugar and water to it.Boil till sugar dissolves completely.

3. It will turn sticky, no syrup strings needs to be checked.When it starts to turn sticky add mango pulp.

4.  Mix well bring to a small boil.Cook for a minute then switch off cool down completely.

5. Strain, the mixture should be thick and syrupy.

6. Add lemon juice mix well.Now our homemade mango squash is ready.Take a clean dry bottle.

7.  Pour it in and store in fridge.When you want to make mango juice just pour 2 to 3 tbsp of squash to the serving glass add 1/2 to 3/4 cup chill water mix well and serve.

Serve chilled

Note: You can use it for three months. Remember that it contains a very small amount of sugar which can prove to be very quick. you take with breakfast in the morning.

Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe | Healthy Mango Smoothie

Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe:

Mango - 1 Cup

Coconut Milk - ¾ Cup

Honey - 1 tbsp

Ice Cubes - 8 nos

Instructions:

1. To make a mango smoothie, first, you have to take a good quality mango and cut it into small pieces. After cutting, add to a grinder.

2. Add a cup of milk to the grinder.

3. Add two tablespoons of honey Honey is very good for health.

4. Then you have to add 8 ice cubes to the grinder. And then you have to mix all this mixture well and grind it for five minutes. Your mango smoothie is ready.


Healthy Mango Ice Cream Recipe (Only 3 Ingredients!) | No eggs No Ice Cream Machines

Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream Recipe:

3 cups frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat recommended)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2–4 tablespoons agave nectar (or liquid sweetener of choice such as honey or maple syrup), to taste

pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

1.Place all ingredients in your high-powered blender or food processor.

2. Process until you get a smooth and creamy mixture and there are no more mango chunks. Do not over process or it will begin to melt. If you are using a Vitamix, you will need to use your tamper stick.

3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
